Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I was termed from my job and have since WON two appeals against them in which they tried to end my unemployment benefits. Both times it was determined that they could prove or substantiate as to how I broke company policy or was guilty of misconduct. Do I have a case against them. Never been warned or disciplined in the 7 years I was there.

Have they made any further appeals? It sound slike your benefits were either upheld by a refree or the Board of Review. In any event, what reason did they give you when they terminated you? Since you were there for seven years I would be looking for an infraction that is significant. Prior to your termination for this alleged policy violation, had you been ill, taken time off from work for a medical condition, had a workers compensation claim or involved in any other activity that might make your termination look like a pretext for terminating you unlawfully?
