Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

I'm about to file a complaint for unpaid rent. At the first hearing of the complaint if the tenant has a lawyer file for a jury demand. What can I do to have judge trial and get an order to possession and judgment for deficient rent at that hearing rather than wait any longer?
