Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois
dentists
my dentist was paid in full to work on my tooth in sep. he was supposed to finish it in nov. i found out yesterday he lost his license in may to practice dentistry. he worked on me with no license, and with no intent to finish his work. local lawyers are not taking it because they say it is not malpractice. then what is it, and how can i get my money back?

I think there is malpractice but it all depends on the details.
