Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

I purchased auto insurance this morning and immediately after the purchase I was involved in a car accident. It was a minor accident and both cars were in driving condition. After the accident and going to the police station the other party contacted the insurance company. Now my insurance company states it could be possible fraud or insurance felony on my part. How do I prove the time of the accident and the time I purchased the insurance is not correct?

You need to repost with more details about the timing. WHo did you talk to about the insurance? Who did you buy it from? Online? In person? Over the phone? Did you use a gps?

How old is the car?
