Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

I'm seek some legal advice concerning an incident I had with my Toyota Camry. Several months back I had an incident where my car began accelerating after releasing the breaks after the red-light turned green. Before I could bring my car to a stop the car reached 90-100 mph. A few days following this incident I took the car into a dealer where my concerns were dismissed. Because my car accelerated from a stop as lightly pressed the gas pedal I believe there is a chance it could happen again even after the fix toyota adds the small bar on the pedal. I believe my incident was likely caused by electronic interference. What are my options? I hope you can help me.

Explain your concerns to Toyota. Also, have an independent mechanic determine whether there is an electrcial issue concerning the pedal if you do not trust Toyota

If Toyota can remedy the problem that is the best outcome here.

If you are looking to sue Toyota you must have some monetary damages and not just a disappointed consumer.
