Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Slip and Fall

I slipped and fell on ice right outside of the Township. The fall caused my ring to cut my finger on outer and inner sides of left ring finger. I took pictures and informed several people inside. I also faxed my accident report when I arrived at home. My head and body is aching. What should I do now?

Re: Slip and Fall

You should contact a local attorney to pursue this as slip and falls on icy premises owend by a governmental agancy are very difficult to handle. If this happened recently, you should do this asap as the attorney may want to visit the scene while the area is still in same general condition as it was when you fell. Good luck
