Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

my parents bought me a car in my name for me to pay them back which i will next week when i get the money.. but now that my mother is causing problems I am wanting to leave and they are trying to use that to keep me from taking the car and leaving with my daughter. I am 19 years old. Can I legally take the car?

Assuming everything you say about the car is accurate, and there is nothing else in writing about what you're allowed to do with it that you and they signed, then if title was issued in your name it's yours. Whether it was a gift or you are supposed to pay them back for it is separate unless they put a lien in their name on title, which only would prove you owe them for it.
