Property Dispute!

How can I get a order of protection while I'm still living with him & what is a partition????

an order of protection will grant you possession of the house, in other words, kick him out.

A partition is a legal term for suing to divide the property for sale. Since it is virtually impossible to divide a house in half to sell, it forces a sale of the house and each of you get 1/2 of the proceeds.
