My sister and I granted our mother an undivided 1/3 interest for natural life in a piece of property. My sister and I can no longer get along. What are my options in disolving the partnrship.

Re: realestate

If you are a partnership there should be a partnership agreement that deals with this. If, however, you consider yourselves partners but in reality are joint owners, you must file a partition suit. Please call for further discussion.

Re: realestate

Thank you for your question. To be sure, you and your sister own property as a partnership? Is there a controlling partnership document? There are a number of mechanisms for dissolving a partnership but I am curious as to what, if any, form the partnership takes?
