Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

I have a brother 16 years old and i have nephew she has record in school and hospital tha she is out of control of mine but now she acused my brother that he is touching her what we can do to clear this because my brother said that is no thrut and we do not want he appear in the list of sex offender or something also we live in chicago IL.
