Legal Question in Tax Law in Illinois

I have "trust funded" tax liabilities owed from a business I had until 2008 I had filed for bankruptcy in 2010 and everything was discharged except my federal taxes and tidy fund state taxes (illinois unemployment tax) I was out into a unable to collect for the federal taxes and just waiting for my 10 year mark for the statue of limitations to come into effect. My question is that is there any kind of same statue of limitations for my state taxes (unemployment tax) ?can they still come after me for these taxes?

With respect to unemployment taxes, those taxes administered through the Illinois Department of Employment Security, if the entity which failed to pay the taxes was a corporation, as an individual these taxes cannot be held against you if the tax liability arose before 2012. In other words, if your business was incorporated, it appears you personally are home free on the unemployment taxes.
