Re: Dwls

The charge is a Class A misdemeanor and carries up to 364 days in jail and a possible fine of up to $2500. Just as important, in your situation, a conviction would extend your suspension. In some instances these suspensions can be lifted by bringing older tickets back to court and vacating convictions, replacing that with a supervision. You certainly should have a lawyer to protect both your freedom and your driving privileges. Feel free to contact us to discuss your case.

Re: Dwls

The best way to fight this would be to get you license unsuspended by vacating one of the moving violations.

You can be fined up to $2500 and/or up to 364 day in the county jail.

Yes you do need a lawyer for this
