Family members will
My brother attended my aunt's funeral and was approached by a gentleman claiming to be my Attorney finding out that we were her family the attorney took down phone numbers and said he would call soon. That was in early November of '08 We still have not heard from him.

Are you and your brother heirs, legatees or beneficiaries? Did your aunt die with a will or trust? Is there any reason for you to be involved?
