Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Money owed to me

My parents estate, which my brother and I are exectors of will end today. All land and assets have been deeded and distributed with the exception to the money they all three now owe me. I gave up much to pacify my siblings, now they owe me money to settle the estate. How do I collect this money as soon as possible...legally? Is there a way of doing this with one single piece of paper that they could sign as a promissary note or????

Sounds like you gave your interest in the estate away and now you have to chase them down for your money. Not a good way to handle an estate, and I wish you the best.
