Legal Question in Banking Law in India
can a SBI employee aged 58 years continue in his service after getting a bail from high court through a Criminal appeal to start the trail once again in high court.
(Employee is convicted and now free on bail)

NO .But if you are absolved or acquitted by the High Court in your criminal appeal ,you would be reinstated to your job with continuity of service with back wages.
