File a case against your husband under Domestic Violence Act and gert your rights for mintainence like house to reside/ or rent, expenses for your food clothing and medical and also for your travelling.{ if dowry has been demanded by him and his famil} File for Dowry harrasement.

You can also file for a Divorce case in the family courts in Bangalore or Bombay. Either the place where you last resided with your husband or the place where you would be residing after seperating from him. .

Mr.Ujwala is quite right. You have to file all these cases in Bombay so that he has to appear before bombay court. Further you can file a case of dowry harassement and cruelty u/s 498-A and 406. Wherein your husband and his family memebers has to get the bail and proceed the case on every date in bombay. Our team can help you. provide us your detail.
