Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Hi All,
I wanted to construct a house on plot which is in my Mother's name (saledeed, Grandpa property) but we are afraid that my father (not living with us) may get stay order on it. My question is :
1) Does my father has the right to get the saledeed?
2) If I issued stay order, how we can object him?
Please advice me at the earliest. Thanks in advance

Your father has no right or share in the property . So relax and do what you want to do.

it is to be seen as to under what legal ground your father is demanding his share.
