Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
i am the beneficiary of nasik diocese council and christian the trust is registered under bpt act 1950.but our curropt trustees have sold all the properties to builders are christian people are being irradiate from the place wher it was exclusively given to them by the scheme. but further they amended the scheme changed original objects and use power and pressure to vacate this place.our leases are valid for only 3 yrs, by the provision made by cc. do we have any right to hold the property beyond lease period. do we need charity permission to develop the property or sale.
