My question is regarding to appointment, The pune municipal corporation has given advertisement for 35 post of
je engineer. for that they conducted written exam and interview and they selected 35 persons for that concern post.
i am one of the candidate from the selected list.
the another person Mr Rahul is another candidate who is appeared only in written examination taken by pmc. after deceleration of result of 35 candidates he had given one letter to municipal commissioner such as there are some illegalities in the examination but actually there is no any illegality done in examination.
Now Mr Rahul filled writ of mandamus in high court under article 226 and article 14 constitution of india to cancel the entire selection procedure and selection list which is prepared by municipal corporation.
1) Mr Rahul have a right to file such type of writ mandamus to cancel the procedure and selection list prepared by corporation ?

3) Is this type writ petition is maintainable in the high court ?
4) what will be the suggestion for selected candidate and what will the selected candidates do in such situation
