what are laws governing the relatianship between consumer and trader?i am a citizen of sri lanka.what are the paralel legilations for *sale of goods act (sri lanka)*consumer protection act (ssri lanka)in india?its very kind of u if u can send 2 acts with the answer. thank you.

India also has a Sale of Goods Act and a Consumer Protection Act. You could additionally consider the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. In India the relationship between the consumer and trader is regulated by several laws like:Consumer Protection Act,Sale of Goods Act,Monoplies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission Act, Indian Contract Act etc.You have not specified your problem, hence if you want to know somthing specificly then you have to give details of your problem.
