Dear sir,
In the year 2004 i borrowed money Rs. 25000/- against blank stamp paer of Rs.25/-. I returned the money but person said he lost that stamp paper what should i do for precaution , can he mis use that stamp paer.

Definitely! A blank Stamp Paper can be misused against you. As a precaution it is advisable to you to get a receipt in full and final settlement of the friendly loan, alongwith Statement with regard to the lost Stamp Paper.
