Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I issue a check amount Rs. 10 lakhs and there is insufficient fund in my account. Now the party file a case and I unable to paid this amount. How I defend give me the suggestion.

when they send the legal notice, do reply the same rebutting their allegations. in case you liable to pay 10 Lacs, you may ask the court for permitting you to pay by way of EMIs as per your convenience and in case you cannot pay et al, you have no option but to fight the case.
