Sexual harrassement

i was staying with my boyfriend from last 2 years. he told me that he will marry me and we had regular physical relationship as husband wife. our neighbours were knew us as married couple. just before few days i heard that my boyfriend got married with someone else at his home place. now what kind of case i can file?

If you can prove the facts alleged by you then go for cheating u/s 420 IPC

Alrady replied plz specify about first answer. Coz it is not so easy to get him back to you or to file any case. It should be on solid foot. Else we have lots of such cases, where the cases are pending from the last nine ten years and still not decided and boy is enjoying his life.

Essentially of cheating. Depending on facts and circumstances of the case, may be offence of rape too.

normally if u file complain with these facts, it will constitute the offence of cheating, however, when the sexual realtion are maintain with force or fraud , rape charge is also poosible.contact any local lawyer beofre giving complaint to police
