Alimony to wife

If I have Rs 1 crore fixed deposits declared to the court, will my wife get Rs 50 lakhs if I file for divorce claiming equal status and thus enrich herself at my expense? I don't have a steady job and currently unemployed due to recession. What is the max she can get? I have no kids.

Prior to separation we were staying in a one bedroom flat in Mumbai and my gross income was Rs 25000 pm. Now I am abroad after separation.

In a normal situation, she may be entitled to maintenance of approximately rupees fifteen lacs in terms of 'one time settlement' or permanent alimony.
