Legal Question in Family Law in India

My divorce proceeding was going on and i got married as per Hindu ceremonial marriage in a Temple 2 months before i got legally divorced.

Now my second wife is threatening of filing 498a if i don't accept her demand to transfer all my property to her name.

The second marriage is not yet registered and also we did not consummate the marriage.

As my second marriage is void in this case is it possible for my second wife to file 498a ?

Please let me know how can i avoid 498a if she files it on me.I was thinking to declare that my second marriage is void but in that case she can file 494.

Looking for expert advice.
