Legal Question in Family Law in India

My grand father(mother's dad),he died in 1976, he has 4 daugters and 1 son..son was minor when he died....now son claims he alone wants whole property and daughters filed case for equal share in HC and case came in favour for equal share.. But during judgement ,judge was taking leave .....as son is also one of the judges in Andhra pradesh and even his wife is also a judge .......the judge who has to give judgment is freind of son's wife ..the judge is puting leave on day of judgment?? how long it can continue even we came to know that son is going for SC? what kind of justice can daughters can get ? How can we take action on these judges taking leaves to just postpone the judgment??

It is the right of the judges to take leave like in other offices where leave is given. You have to wait for the judgement and after it is pronounced only any action can be taken based on the judgement. Otherwise it is very hypothetical to presume things on your own.
