We sent one legal not to my wife house regarding request to join my family. because past 5 month she did not came to my house and his parents was not talking directly to my family members. for this reason we sent one legal note, for this legal note we mentioned what type of mistakes she did we clearly mentioned. at the end of the note we mentioned one causes if you can join to my house. my causes are:

1) Resigning your job and give proper respect and assistance to my client and his parents and help my client's mother in kitchen works. [becuase she working very small company earning 5,000/- rs, no need she amount to survey to my family because am getting good salary in good company]. I said previously when she was in my house to resign the job why i said means my mother suffering some diseases so she need help to cooking but my wife she leave the house morning 7 Am and came to house night 8 PM so when she will help to mother. For this reason only i said to resign the job, but she said i don't have security for that reason only am doing the job like that she said. I asked one day what is security but she was not replaying any thing about that answer pls let me know above request in legal we get any prblem furt bec sheplan498-A

If the amount of 5000 she was earning is too small for you, you should have sent her monthly alimony which could cover this amount.

Did you send any money to her every month towards maintenance?

If yes, how much? If no, then start sending her maintenance amount now before you ask her to join.

You can avoid penal action under section 498-A only if you establish your bona fide by take her adequate care.
