Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir, we are three sisters and a brother. he is youngest. i am the elder. we are all marriedr except my brother. my father died in 2009 at the time death my brother's age was 21 and the property left by my father is 2 crores as per today. but i want to ask you that at that time of death of my father we (three sister ) were told that the property cost is only 10 lakhs and as we were married. the remaining property would be given to my brother. as then one lawer came to us and took signatures of us (three sisters) as we got our share. but later we came to know that my father's property cost is 2 crores. my brother with his lawer cheated us like that. so sir plese suggest us the right method to how to face this problem and what we have to do further for suit for partition. my email id is [email protected]

Any one of three sisters or three sisters jointly may issue a notice to brother making claim for share in rest of the value of the property. However you will have to substantiate that value of the property in 2009 was 2 crores. But if the then value was just 10 but now it has become 2 cr then you may not have any cause of action.
