Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

Due to my husband and his familiy harrashment i booked case 498A on my husband,

mother-in-law and father-in-law. Only he and his father arrested and after 2 days they

have taken bail and i booked case DMV on him,Mother-in-law,Father-in-Law and on his

two brothers and for maintenance. But after summons they attended court and they

came of Compromise but i asked him to inform his property details, and he has to give

guarantee to look after me and my 2 years child. for one month he is ok and informed

judge that we are going to compromise but case not withdrawn. But he is not doing any

sexual contact with me if i ask he is telling due to case in court and also not giving

proper money again i am begging for mony to my parents due to comprimise information

judge accepted not attending of his parents and his one brother of govt. employee.

But there is not change in my husband. Only due to trouble to his parents and brother

he came for compromise. So what i have to do to pressure on them now also he is

comming to home but not giving money for my feeding. The house is belongs to his parents

but they are not living with us and they in 20 km away from my house my husband also

doing his business of poultry for 11 months he didn't come to me now for compromise

he is comming but his nature not changed. I asked not to come to me and told i will put

lock to the house but he is teeling that he will break the lock can ask court to stop his

arrival.

padma

is the domestic violence case still going on or you have withdrawn in ....in case you have withdrawn the same, you can re file the same and seek orders as to maintenance and compensation and you can also take appropriate orders with assistance of protection officer.
