Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a student . My cousin (male) married with a girl four years ago. But now she left from cousin's house and she is living with another person for money. She refused to obey for living with cousin. My cousin loves her and he will not divorce her. What is the law to case against her for such harassment ? My cousin is in very sad. His occupation is teacher.

Your cousin is entitled to file a case for Restitution of Conjugal Rights.

OK what is the use of it? Already she is living in adultery with some other?
