My wife has filed the case of DV act on the basis of that she is unemployed and living very miserable life. She cannot work because our child is with her.
Now i got her photographs working in an MNC , can i ask court to issue notice to concern company to give her job details.
My wife is having very much high pay scale as compared to me .
She was also working before our marriage.
I am not having any permanent job. or any other source of income .
So that is why she is not having any proof of my income
can it be the reason for denying to give maintenance
Can i ask her to give maintenance to me

You need to prove that she is working in MNC, to get over the maintenance, you have good case,
You can also file criminal case against your wife for giving false statment on oath, find a lawyer.
