Legal Question in Employment Law in India

A civil suit was filed under OS 4032/97 for various retirement benefits at Bangalore City Civil Court. The judgement decreed in my favour with cause. The employer has gone for appeal in High Court, and high court dismissed their appeal.

On filing execution petition at district court, they started paying a part of pension regularly and contended that they executed the decree in full. Pension was only a part of the payment of my retirement benefits. Now, my execution petition was dismissed by the district court. I would like to go for appeal in High Court against the district court's dismissal order on my execution petition. I would like request you to confirm.

1) The time limit for filing appeal against district court's dismissal order on execution petition.

2) Whether the appeal will be on writ petition or as civil revision appeal and its time limit.

Regards,

A.Chandrasekharan
