Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir,
We are planning to file a Suit for Damages in Delhi Court against a Company.
Kindly refer to the link,"Court Fees in Delhi".

We wish to know if the court fees shown there is an updated one (after recent increase in court fee by Delhi Govt.) or if there has been no change in court fees in SUIT FOR DAMAGES.
