it's about frodgery

hello ,

sir , i'm a guy who's from rajasthan. since last 13feb.2001 i have to join a compny through a advertisment who's published in times of india's accent , so i will go to jaipur & join the SKY WEB INDIA LTD.,jaipur(head office is in the , dellhi, noida) by giving of them 67,000 for training & after that they will give to us job in their compny as a cyber architect, but they do't make their promise,and their's salery check will also bounce. the compny will be closed his all branch offices in india.

so i want to know what action i will take against him. please help me. i'm in trouble.

The best course of action open for you is to send a notice under section 437 of the companies act and claim yr dues from the company.If the company does not pay you can file a winding up petition against the company
