Legal Question in Employment Law in India

hi i m working in genpact there is a issue going on i have completed my 12 mnths and i want to move on from somewhere else...i gave my resignation on 15th aug and my notice period will be end 16 sep....due to some discussion i take back my resignation...however now i got the oppurtunity to move on with salary hike and shift timings so they told me that u need to serve till oct my notice period...if u will not serve we will take legal action...so i want to know what type of action and what kind of policy in notice period if i will not serve...

the actions would be taken as per your letter of employment. at the most, they would claim one month's salary. u may show your agreement of employment to a lawyer for ascertaining what other action can be taken.
