Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I passed a written examination conducted by Railway Recruitment Cell India and eligible for Physical Efficiency Test . But I not get call letter for Physical Efficiency Test and I do not know its date so I not appear The Physical Efficiency Test and this reason I not able to get the job. To day(22-11-2012) I Notice in Railway Recruitment cell website that my examination date was held on 07-11-2012 and it is past . But it is not my fault , may be the fault from Railway Recruitment cell or Indian Postal Department. so I would like to request you please give me a suggetion and justice
