Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i want too pay amount equal to three months notice period, but the company wants me to serve the three months notice period. can I leave by giving them date of leaving the organisation? can I collect my relieving letter after three months from the compan?

This matter is required to be sorted out amicably. You may discuss with the company and explain your urgency and desire to leave by paying notice period. If you leave abruptly without the consent, the company may trouble you by not giving relieving letter after three months.
