Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi,

I need an advice, My current salary is INR 55000 as per the appointment letter I will be paid the same on 7th of every month. However, It is always delayed causing losses, and stress. For the same reason I have given my notice period to the company on 3rd of May to serve till 2nd of June 2011. The company hasnt released my salary due on 7th for the month of April to be paid in May. I understand that My May salary will come with full and final settlement. I work for a private limited company. Please advice if there is any legal way that I can go against them.

you may send a legal notice to the company for release of salary and in case they do not pay up, you may file a suit for recovery.
