Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sirs,
My friend dad (approx Age 52) died in heart attack in Vietnam (Japan) last month.
He was working for a multinational named Tecnova employed in India.
He was send to Vietnam by his company for official work.
The company now is not ready to provide any compensation to my friends family (composed of 4 kids). The company is only providing PF and gratuity.
Please guide me as how can my friend claim compensation from the company as his dad was send abroad for work and he died by heart attack. The medical facility was 3 hrs approx drive from the place he stayed.
Ans also guide me.
My friend Dad had taken a Home Loan From ICICI bank which is still going on.
He had not taken the insurance on home loan. Can my friend get any kind of benefit on Paying back the Home loan.
Also Guide me on.
My friends Dad was a regular Tax Payer, so can my friends family are eligible for any pension from Indian Government.

1.ur friend can file a suit for compensation against the company

2for the rest of the answers u have to chek the policies of bank

3. there is no sch provision for pension in income tax act
