Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir,
I filed an Original Application before central administrative tribunal at Mumbai in connection with my transfer in the same capacity from Visakhapatnam to Pune.
Pending the OA before CAT, now I want to submit few more documents which are very important in deciding my OA, as the same were recently obtained under RTI Act. So far, I have not received any communication from the CAT about whether it was admitted or not
I request to kindly inform whether I can file a rejoinder with those set of documents?
