Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello Sir/Madam,
This is Mohsin I would like to share that previously I was working in a Memon co-op bank ltd. ( Multi State Bank ) from July 1997 to June 2009 as Temporary /Contractual Employee for 12 yrs. In every six months or in 1 years we get a fresh appointment letter. In each & every year i had completed more than 240 days in my service. Above Memon Co-op bank was went in Liquidity and R.B.I has Cancelled bank License in May -2009 . Now the Memon co-op Bank is Merged with Bank of Baroda ( Transfer Specific liabilities & assets ) in Apr -2011 & Bank of Baroda has Absorbed all the Permanent Employee's as a fresher cadre. They didn't absorbed Temporary/Casual Employees. We had file a case in the Honorable labor court of Ahmadabad in July- 2009. Also The Memon co-op Bank is under liquidation .

The Amdavad Labour Court hearing the matter has to give a ruling in the matter.
