Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi sir/mam.

We are from Orphan Society(Registered by govt of AP) .we are planned to club with A2Z mrktng company(Inida), planned to raise money(Donations) for orphans as Door To Door.So we need to recruit 120 volunteers as employees for raise money in quick Time...

Is it Legal as appointed as employees for charity(Act) and giving salaries from Donations..

and we are planned to give special discount on shopping for Donars.

so please give me perfect idea how to do this in little quick session and please provide me Act no for doing this.

And how to get the Tax Resumption for doners when they Donate in large amounts.
