Stopping the bonus payment
I was working with a reputed company and i resigned and got relieved on june 30th.My bonus payment was due for the FY 05-06 for which co. said it would be paid once it is declared. Now the bonus has been paid to all other employees except to those who have left the company in the past three months.
How to get the bonus from the company.This is being done at senior mangement level and not the intention actual owners of the company.

Dear sir,
If you are labour then you can file complaint in labour court before concilitation officer or before labour commoissioner, otherwise,you can file suit for recovery of bonus ammount.
