Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working with a top Indian IT company. Due to certain data integrity issues instructed by manager and executed by me, I have been served a show cause notice to give my reasons for my actions. Im still employed with the company but have resigned, which they will accept on closure of the investigation. But I'm not being paid my salary for last 2 months. I got to know that legally they should still pay me since Im still an employee. They are siting process/procedure delays and will pay arrears with my full and final settlement once investigation is closed. But I dont know how much long the investigation will go on and as its been 2 months and looks like third month as well I wont get salary. I cant leave the job as well. What to do?

you may serve upon the company a legal notice claiming your salary and in the absence of which, you may file a suit for recovery. regarding resignation and leaving the job, it is governed by the agreement of employment and not by the new action taken by the management.
