Ducting hole

Can builder object a ducting hole for chimney to be installed in the kitchen, by saying obtacle to the elevation of the building?

If it doesnot fit in the Map sanctioned by muncipality or is harmful to bldg then anyone can object.

Building plan must be followed strictly. In case, there is no building plan, anything can be objected which is incompatible to building.

The builder may have no objection for the proposed work. However, you may need to have a look at your agreement.
