Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in India
Sir, my family doctor is having BAMS qualification of Ayurveda. But he gives Allopathic medicines. I know that he is not allowed to do this. So please tell me that under which act or IPC section I can file a case against my family doctor.

Write a letter to medical council of that state. For a criminal case you need strong proof that he has been doing this on regular basis.
