Advice on legal dispute as successor

Respected sir,

I am an Indian Hindu Bramhin resident Village- Chanduli, Thana � Hinjili, Tahasil- Hinjili, Dist- Ganajam, Orissa.

My maternal Grand mother Resident of Ramachandrapur, Thana- Patapur, Tahasil of Sheragard, Sub- register office Aska, Dist- Ganajam, Orissa has no son but only two living daughters. My Grand father was died when my mother was at the age of three and my Aunt was one year only. We are two brothers. When I am at the age of 5 I was adopted by my Grand mother. At the age of 12 I was given holy thread ( Brata Upanayan don by the elders related brother of my grand father from his clan as per the Hindu Brahminical ritual). In the year 1993 my Grand mother made a will dividing the property about 20% to my Aunt, 10% to my mother and other balance to me. The will was registered under office of the Sub-registrar Hinjilicut, Ganjam. In the year 1996 she has made an adoption deed (DATTA SARTA) also registered in the office of Sub-Registrar, Hinjilicut, Ganjam. In the adoption deal it was mentioned that �I HAVE NO SON BORN FROM MY WOMB. YOU ARE MY GRAND SON. AT THE AGE OF FIVE I HAVE BROUGHT YOU FROM YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER TO ADOPT. FROM THEN YOU ARE WITH ME. I HAVE TAKEN ALL THE POSSIBLE ARRANGEMENT FOR YOUR ED
