sale deed

i have purchase a house on (power of attorney and sale deed) registered on previous landlord there are so many who purchase property on power of attorney & sale deed, is it legally right to do so?

Yes it is legally and technically right to purchase the property provided you go for title certificate on basis of search revenues confirming that the property is free from reasonable doubts and encumbrances or any other lien or charge.

Though there are inherent risks involved in buying a property through PoA, yet the practice is very common in India; you may consider getting the property registered in your name soon after you purchase.
