Agricultural land law

Hello,

I hope some one can help. We are nearing the end of a 7 year Raan agreement in the punjab. The land was rented out to the other party for a set amount, this money has to be returned by the set date. If the money is not returned to the other party, than apparently there is a danger of them gaining ownership of our land. We are having lots of people giving us conflicting advice as to procedure which has to be followed to ensure correct termination of the agreement. Please can you tell us urgently, what needs to be done? We are also in need of a reliable lawyer in the punjab. We need advice urgently or a contact where advice can be otained as soon as possible, as the date for returning the money is fast approaching. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
