What are the forms to be excuted by owner before giving rental aggrement to a tenent?
Is it required to be registered?

As regards your query, you have not mentioned the time duration and the period for which you intend to rent your apartment. In brief you may prepare a leave and liscence agreement or may enter into a lease agreement with your proposed tenant by incorporating required terms and conditions between you both. Yes it is mandatory to pay the appropriate stamp duty and its appropriate registration charges to get legal validation of the same as per law. Hope this should suffice your query in brief. Rent Agreement or Lease deed duly signed by both owner & Tenant.It is always safe to get the same registered to remove all ambiguities.
